Making multiple purchases?

You may wish to call your bank to pre-authorise the transactions for a smooth checkout.

Step 1: Purchase gift cards using a debit/credit card through Apple Pay or Google Pay via the Kris+ App.

Step 2: Access your gift card by selecting your The Good Guys purchase and tapping 'Redeem Now'.​ Note: You can always return here to access your gift card.

Step 3: Redeem your desired amount from the gift card, at any The Good Guys stores or online! Scan the barcode at the cashier, or input the card number & PIN online​.
You are recommended to take a screenshot, or save a PDF copy of your gift card, as the Promo Code listing may expire on the Kris+ app.​

Step 4: Your remaining balance will be reflected the next time you access the gift card.​

1. How do I access my gift cards?

• Gift cards can be found under Wallet > Promo Codes > Past
• If you mark the promo code as Redeemed, the promo code will appear under "Past".
  Your gift code will still be accessible under "Redeem now" button

2. Why am I unable to purchase more gift cards?

Users can purchase up to 4 vouchers per day, with the following purchase limits per denomination:

• $100 Voucher - Limit 2 pcs/user
• $250 Voucher - Limit 2 pcs/user
• $500 Voucher - Limit 2 pc/user
• $1,000 Voucher - Limit 3 pc/user
