JB Hi-Fi Now on Kris+

Enjoy a flexible way to shop JB Hi-Fi's extensive range of products while earning valuable points. Gift cards are available on Kris+ in four denominations:

If you are making multiple purchases, you may wish to call your banks to pre-authorise the transactions to allow smooth transactions.

Step 1: Purchase JB Hi-Fi gift cards using a debit/credit card through Apple Pay or Google Pay via the Kris+ App.

Step 2: Access your gift card by selecting your JB Hi-Fi purchase and tapping 'Redeem Now'.​ Note: You can always return here to access your gift card.

Step 3: Your gift card will appear in a new browser window. You are recommended to take a screenshot, or save a PDF copy of your gift card, as the Promo Code listing may expire on the Kris+ app.​

Step 4: Redeem your desired amount from the gift card, at any JB Hi-Fi stores or online! Scan the barcode at the cashier, or input the card number & PIN online​. 

Redeem your gift cards at any JB Hi-Fi store in Australia (excluding certain airport locations) or online at https://www.jbhifi.com.au/.

Step 5: Your remaining balance will be reflected the next time you access the gift card.​

1. How do I access my gift cards?

• Gift cards can be found under Wallet > Promo Codes > Current
• If you mark the promo code as Redeemed, the promo code will appear under "Past".
  Your gift code will still be accessible under "Redeem now" button

2. Why am I unable to purchase more gift cards?

Users can purchase up to 4 vouchers per day, with the following purchase limits per denomination:

• $50 Voucher - Limit 2 pcs/user
• $100 Voucher - Limit 4 pcs/user
• $250 Voucher - Limit 4 pcs/user
• $500 Voucher - Limit 6 pcs/user
