The contract of sale of this Gift Card is between you and the JB Hi-Fi. Kris+ Pte Ltd and Singapore Airlines Limited are not parties to the contract of sale. By purchasing or redeeming this Gift Card, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of the gift card as determined by the JB Hi-Fi, as set out below:

• Kris+ is an authorised reseller of JB Hi-Fi gift cards. These gift cards are issued by JB Hi-Fi and are subject to JB Hi-Fi’s Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
• By purchasing this gift card, you agree to JB Hi-Fi’s policies governing its use and redemption. Please refer to JB Hi-Fi’s website for the most up-to-date terms.
• All sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or cancelled once issued.
• Kris+ is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift cards. No replacements will be provided.
• Kris+ reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
• Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases made at any JB Hi-Fi Store in Australia, the online retail store www.jbhifi.com.au and JB Hi-Fi’s phone sales line (13 52 44).
• Gift Cards are not sold and are unable to be redeemed at the Sydney International Airport store and the Gold Coast Airport store.
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for goods purchased from JB Hi-Fi Business and JB Hi-Fi Education (including goods purchased from JB Hi-Fi Business and JB Hi-Fi Education websites, BYOD Portals and Corporate Benefits Portals).
• All Gift Cards do not expire. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any time even if a Gift Card specifies an expiry date.
• Gift cards can be used multiple times until the full value is redeemed. Unused credits are non-refundable.
• Gift cards are delivered via the Kris+ app. It is the customer’s responsibility to save a PDF copy of the gift card on their device, as vouchers may expire in the app. Kris+ will not be liable if the gift card is not saved, and Kris+ cannot retrieve lost/expired gift cards.

After purchasing a JB Hi-Fi Gift Card on Kris+, your digital gift card will be issued instantly.

You can redeem it:

• In-store at any JB Hi-Fi store in Australia (excluding certain airport locations), or
• Online at https://www.jbhifi.com.au/ by entering the gift card number and PIN during checkout.
• Gift cards are delivered via the Kris+ app. It is the customer’s responsibility to save a PDF copy of the gift card on their device, as vouchers may expire in the app. Kris+ will not be liable if the gift card is not saved, and Kris+ cannot retrieve lost/expired gift cards.
